Accommodation Rules: 1- Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out must be done by 12pm. If you require a different time, please contact us in advance so we can check availability (additional charges may apply). 2- Maximum capacity: The accommodation allows a maximum number of guests. Please check the listing description to confirm the appropriate capacity for the property. It is not permitted to exceed this number without prior authorization. 3- Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy follows Airbnb guidelines. Please see information at time of booking to understand conditions and possible cancellation fees. 4- Property care: We ask that you treat the property with respect and take care of it during your stay. Any damage or loss of items will be the guest's responsibility, and additional charges may apply. 5- Silence and neighborhood: Respect other residents and neighbors of the building or area. Keep the volume of music and noise low from 10pm and before 9am and avoid behaviors that may cause disturbance. 6- No smoking allowed: Our accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including balconies and windows. If you wish to smoke, please use designated areas outside the property. 7- Pets: Check the pet policy in the ad. Some properties may allow pets upon prior request and payment of an additional fee. 8- Additional guests: If you wish to receive additional visitors during your stay, please inform us in advance. An additional fee may apply for guests not included in the original reservation. 9- Photos and filming in the common areas of the condominium: Each condominium has its own rules for allowing professional photography and filming, check the rules of each condominium. 10- Responsibility for the use of the minibar: Our property has a minibar available for guest use. It is important to observe the following guidelines regarding its use. Restocking: The minibar is restocked between each reservation, ensuring the availability of fresh, quality items. If you wish to request a specific item, please inform us in advance so that we can check whether we can accommodate your request. Check: Before check-in, we carry out a double check to ensure that all items in the minibar are correctly listed and in perfect condition. Billing: At the end of your stay, our management will carry out a new minibar check. If any item from the minibar has been consumed, we will contact you to make the corresponding charge. The values of the items consumed will be informed in advance for your information. It is important to highlight that the guest is responsible for properly using the minibar and paying for items consumed. If you identify any problems with the minibar during your stay, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we can resolve it in the best possible way. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this rule. 11- Security: Keep doors and windows closed when you are not at the property and take your valuables with you or store them in safe places. After check-out, an inspection is carried out by our management to check if there are any belongings inside the unit. We are not responsible for loss or damage. 12- Guest responsibility: The guest is responsible for their own safety during their stay, as well as for the appropriate use of all facilities and equipment available at the property. By booking, you agree to comply with all of these rules during your stay. If there is a problem or violation of the rules, we reserve the right to take necessary action, including canceling the reservation without refund. If you have any questions or need additional clarification, do not hesitate to contact us via chat, we have a team ready 24 hours a day to better assist you. 13- Non-payment of reservation: Failure to pay the full amount of the reservation will not result in confirmation of the reservation and may be cancelled at any time. If the guest is inside the unit and requests to extend the reservation and does not pay the difference, Michi House is allowed to protest the name of the guest at a notary's office after 5 days of non-payment, in order to receive the amounts due.

Reservations
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to send the guest and companion's document number.
Payment methods, reservations and rentals.
To reserve one of our properties it is necessary to pay the full amount of the reservation before entering the property.
Payment for the reservation can be made by bank transfer/deposit, PIX or credit card (via Airbnb and Booking platforms)
Your reservation will be validated from the moment the Michi House reservations department sends you a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property ceases to be available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Cancellation and changes to the reservation
In case of cancellation or no-show up to 3 days before check-in, we will charge 1 night as a no-show fee. There will be no refund if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline.
Michi House has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and /or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay in full for the reservation.
